"We couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding than The Jack Dames.They learned our first dance song at pretty short notice, which Jen and I really appreciated — and they absolutely smashed it on the night!
On the day of the wedding, the band arrived on time, let us know early that they were there, and got set up in record time, which made everything stress-free for us.
The mix of ceilidh dancing and live set music throughout the evening was perfect and really got everybody involved and enjoying themselves.
One of the highlights of the night was when they let Peter, Jen’s brother, get up and sing a Darkness song with them — it went down brilliantly with all the guests!
Every single person we spoke to afterwards said how incredible the band were, and they genuinely helped make our special day even more memorable than we could ever have imagined.
A huge thank you to The Jack Dames from Jen and Calum — we would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for an amazing wedding band.

The Jack Dames - We don't care who knows it but WE LOVE WEDDINGS!
Obviously we perform at all kinds of events, from Christmas party nights, big fancy corporate events and of course birthdays and parties of every description, but we're probably best known as a modern, lively wedding band. That's fine with us because there's nothing we like to do more than help make someone's special day extra special.
We've been doing it so long now that we've become really rather good at it. Take a look at some of our reviews and see for yourself.
We feature male & female vocals from two of Scotland's most in demand singers, Ruth and Alan (who also plays lead guitar), a rock solid rhythm section from Chris on drums and Mike on bass and of course Keyboards (and ukulele) from Ting.
